Cancellations & Returns Policy

We are very confident that you will be happy with products purchased from Dynamic Supplements however there are rare occasions that you may need to return an item. All our orders are pre checked and carefully packaged but in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue (you must contact us within 48 hours). Are packages are insured and any items damaged while in transit we will endeavour to replace within 24-48 hrs. Our couriers will pick up the damaged item on delivery of the replacement so that we can investigate how the damage occurred and make a claim from our couriers. You must first send us pictures and any other information we require before we can proceed with any replacement or refund.

We will of course happily accept returns for faulty items, or items that have been sent in error. Unless stated it is the customers responsibility to pay any return postage costs. Please be aware that unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on the grounds that you do not like the flavour / taste of the product. This is because the item will have been opened and is not in a resalable condition. If you change your mind about wanting the product or wish to cancel your order for any reason after it has been shipped you may do so by first informing us you wish to return the item within 7 days and then return it in its original condition (unopened and sealed) at your own cost (we recommend shipping with insurance to protect against any potential loss in transit, and to keep the certificate of posting for your records). We will then issue a full refund of the item minus our shipping and handling costs of £8. At Dynamic Supplements we endeavour to do the best for our customers so if you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Further to the returns policy. Due to a small minority of previous cases before a return is accepted we will now need to see pictures of goods and then have the return back for inspection before we can send out a replacement or refund. We will be entitled to deny refunds or replacements if...

- We find that supposed ‘unopened’ goods have been opened
- The incorrect item is returned
- Damage to items appears deliberately caused.
- If a damaged item is retuned, the amount of containing product must be at a level befitting the damage to packaging. i.e. if you return a near empty bag of protein with minimal damage to the bag we will not refund or replace.
We are more than fair and for genuine returns please be assured we are not difficult in resolving problems. We are however on to customers out there who are in the business of abusing return policies for their own gain.
Clothing – If you would like a different size goods can be returned at your own cost for an exchange. All clothing must be returned in its original unworn condition. We will inspect goods on arrival and if there are any signs of wear we have the right to refuse your refund or exchange.
