- Sleeping Like A Log
The first and foremost the benefit you get see straight away is your quality of sleep. I have been sleeping like a log, waking up feeling recovered and ready to tackle another days training.
Tiredness and fatigue can be the main reasons we skip sessions as we just don't feel like it. Skipping sessions can then snowball, with diet going out the window soon after, before you know it you're back to square one.
