Directions of Use
Loading Phase (Optional, but will fast track initial build up in the body).
Take 4 x 5g serving spread evenly throughout the day with *carbs and water. Do this for the first 5 days.
Following that move onto the Maintenance Phase
Take 1 x 5g serving per day (or split to 2 x 3g servings at different intervals) with *carbs and water. If taking 1 serving we recommend this be done post training. If splitting into 2, take the first does upon waking, and the second post training (or on a none training day take second dose at another interval later on in the day).
For individuals of high muscle mass weighing over 80kg better results will be seen at doses of 10gs per day.
Notes of optimal results – *Creatine must be taken with a carbohydrate for it to uptake effectively to the muscles. Protalean Nutrition recommend either a none acidic fruit juice, a protein shake, or any other form of none acidic simple carb source.
It must be taken daily with no brake in dosage. It can be used all year round and does not need to be cycled. It is important to consume plenty of water to help cell hydration, 2ltrs + per day is recommended.
